At MARTE, we follow the developments in project management through training and practice the acquirements. We implement all the applications required by BIM on a software basis and manage the process.

We observe that, when the civil projects are produced with the conventional methods and limited budgets, both in terms of design and execution, errors and time losses are inevitable both during the design and manufacturing phases. However, it is possible to produce projects of high quality in shorter times by means of the benefits provided by the technology and systematic working principles.

At MARTE, we take part in the projects along with the worldwide known design offices and specialists and move with the principle of optimum gain and minimum error. We are happy to be able to find opportunities to apply our knowledge and gain valuable experiences.

Project management, production and application techniques are in continuous development all over the world. BIM (Building Information Modelling) is a method that is most interested among these techniques and will be required to be implemented in all future projects. BIM is actually a project process management methodology and a set of rules in which all stages are standardized. Using BIM, coordination among the disciplines is provided in design phase through 3D models. Hence, unforeseen errors and overlaps are minimized and the cost and quantity becomes manageable. Besides the model, BIM also holds and conducts the parameters needed in the life cycle of the building. As MARTE, we govern the design process using all the software based applications required by BIM.

We know the significance of experience and hence, we value our experiences. We keep our database, in accordance with international documentation standards, shedding light on current and new projects. Thus it becomes possible to carry out feasibility studies at the beginning of the project, with realistic predictions.

Furthermore, the use of management systems and tools in project management is becoming widespread with PMI (Project Management Institute) certification training which is recognized around the world. We also implement these new methods and structure the processes in a professional manner, aiming a common language in project management. We notice that these methods increase the success of the project and we are very interested in our customers' satisfaction.

Engineering calculations and detailing of civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical, piping projects and preparation of shop drawings.

The engineering of the projects is performed safely but with minimum cost in accordance with international specifications.

BIM Management

Establishing inadequacies within the company according to the requirements of the Building Information Modelling system, providing related trainings, determining codes of practice and ensuring continuity. Coordination of projects managed by BIM.

Technical Specification, Tender Document

Preparation of construction specifications and creation of a tender document in line with employer's demands and needs

Piping Engineering

Providing project design services at all stages from basic design and stress analysis to isometry preparation with the experience we have gained with our experienced piping engineers who can use PDMS / E3D software especially in international projects of petroleum and natural gas facilities.
